Frequently asked questions about SHOSU Amsterdam

Q: Who is SHOSU Amsterdam?
A: We are inflatable enthusiasts from Amsterdam, we have huge production and distribution experience with inflatables for many years.

Q: Any guarantee on quality of the SHOSU products?
A: Definitely! First of all, we are doing an extented QC, and if your item has a factory flaw, you may return it and we will send you a new item.

Q: Will my items be shipped in a discreet box?
A: Yes they will be. Items will be send in a double layered brown carton box with no references to SHOSU.

Q: What about the quality of the SHOSU products?
A: The seams have a maximum width for extra strength. Compared to regular pool products, our seams are 300% stronger. The material has been softened with non phthalate softeners to the maximum extend for that product.

Q: Can you tell something about the SPH?
A: The SPH was a custom design, made with a separate inflatable chamber in order to regulate the pressure, incomparable stimulation for the ultimate fetish experience, 20 cm deep for bigger sizes and easy to clean.

Q: What is the shipping price for my country?
A: Because we ship worldwide, the shipping prices vary for each country. If you fill in your address in the check out, the shipping price for your country pops up.

Q: What is shipping time for my country?
A: Within the EU and UK – 3 to 5 days after pick-up by the carrier. We ship on monday and friday.
Outside the EU – regular shipping time is about anywhere between 3 and 7 weeks, but to be honest 4 to 8 weeks is not uncommon at the moment.
We can not ship insured to Russia.

Q: What does pre-order mean?
A: Pre-order is when you order a product that is not yet available, but will be available within a certain time. A pre-sale means that the product is already in stock.

Q: What if i think my package is lost?
A: First of all, check the last email we’ve send you for the latest status update. If that doesn’t answer your question, please send an email to shop@shosu.nl with your order number and please descripe the problem.

Q: Do you guys do reruns?
A: We don’t, we don’t like doing the same thing twice, once it’s sold out, it’s never coming back. 

Q: What’s a SHOSU Friend and how do I become one? What perks do I get?
A: A SHOSU Friend is either a customer, registrated user on our website or a member of our Telegram channel. All SHOSU friends get the first acces to our new and exclusive items via our newsletter so they never miss a product release.
