Returns and Refunds

Return policy

We would like you to be totally satisfied with anything that you purchase from our SHOSU website. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us.

You can return your product to us within 14 days of receiving your item for a refund. In order to return your item(s) please be sure the item is in the original (closed) condition/packaging. We will not cover the shipping costs of a return.

Return the package by taking it to your local Post Office counter. Be sure to obtain proof of postage from the Post Office (you may need this as your proof of return).

Our products are all made by hand, this means a flaw or misprint makes the product unique and not a faulty product! If you are returning a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item please get in contact with our SHOSU team so we will find the best way to sorted it out for you. We can not guarantee that we accept all returns.

Please note that you can only return products purchased directly from If you have purchased a SHOSU product from another retailer and would like a refund or exchange, please return the product to that retailer.

Any incomplete, used or damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged.

Return received

We aim to process any returns ASAP. You should receive an email letting you know we’ve received your return, however please allow up to 30 days before getting in contact with us.

After the return is checked and a refund is agreed you will receive your full refund within 21 days on your bank account. If after 21 days you have still not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchange items

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. The original purchase will be refunded as a returned item.
