Our standard delivery option usually takes 2-3 working days from the order being placed for the Benelux. (Exclusive pre-orders) In busy times it can take up to 5 working days. Outside Benelux/Europe the delivery can take more time. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days then please contact us by SHOSU.nl with your order details.

Missing part or incorrect item in my order
If you believe a part of your order is missing or the item of you order is incorrect, first please check your order confirmation email – this will show the contents of your recent order. Also please check the delivery note in your parcel. If there is an item missing or incorrect off your delivery note then please contact us so we can help you.
To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will unfortunately be unable to cancel it. Please check the return policy.
