Orders and Deliveries


If you haven’t received a confirmation email yet (don’t forget to check those junk folders) please contact us. Your order can still be in our safe hands. If you have, then it should be on its on its way!

Our standard delivery option usually takes 2-3 working days from the order being placed for the Benelux. (Exclusive pre-orders) In busy times it can take up to 5 working days. Outside Benelux/Europe the delivery can take more time. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days then please contact us by SHOSU.nl with your order details.

If you have received a track&trace number you can track the progress of your order by heading over to the MyParcel website and entering your details. In case MyParcel delivered at the wrong address, incorrect place or damaged your order please contact them directly.

Missing part or incorrect item in my order

If you believe a part of your order is missing or the item of you order is incorrect, first please check your order confirmation email – this will show the contents of your recent order. Also please check the delivery note in your parcel. If there is an item missing or incorrect off your delivery note then please contact us so we can help you.

Cancel order

To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will unfortunately be unable to cancel it. Please check the return policy.

Add to my order

We know you like it to receive your order fast! That’s why we begin processing your order moments after payment. Unfortunately, this means once you’ve placed your order it is not possible to make any additions. You’ll need to place another order.

Orders by phone

Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders by phone. Rest assured, our online store is secure and simple to navigate. We’ve got you covered!

Discount code

If you have received a discount code and you experiencing problems by entering then please contact us. Before you contact us please check if the letters are copied in the correct way. The discount codes are single use. Some discount codes may not apply to sale items.
